When are can I visit V West Hollywood?
Our store is open from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday to Sunday. If you are from the other areas outside the states traveling along Wisconsin, we suggest to give us a call us before coming because our opening hours may vary especially over holiday seasons. So please double check first to prevent any hassle on your part.

We strive to reply to all emails within a day but understand that it takes a little bit long at times especially when the store is busy.


What should I do if found my order was damaged when it arrived?
A. If your order arrives damaged, we suggest contacting our team and we will arrange the replacement for the damaged order immediately.


What if the wine I bought is uncorked?
If you find that your wine is already uncorked, then tell our team as soon as you found out. Immediately call our Customer Service team on the number we’ve provided at the contact section of this website so we can easily give a solution to your problem.
